If your brand story is jumbled or unclear, this is the process that brings everything into focus. In a private workshop, we’ll walk through the StoryBrand framework together to clarify your message, define your value, and give you language that actually works.
 
Best for: Teams, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, or communicators who need a clearer way to explain what they do.

If you want a creative partner to keep your message consistent and your brand evolving, this retainer gives you high-level access without needing to hire a full-time strategist. Think of it as having a brand guide on call.

  • 1. What is StoryBrand?
    StoryBrand is a marketing framework created by Donald Miller that helps you clarify your message using the elements of storytelling. It’s based on the idea that your customer is the hero—not your brand—and your job is to guide them. At Damascus, we use this proven framework to help you speak clearly, connect with your audience, and grow your business.
  • 2. How do I know if I need a Clarity Call or a full Strategy Session?
    If you’re unsure what’s wrong with your marketing or messaging—or just want a second set of eyes—a Clarity Call is the best first step. If you know your message isn’t working and you're ready to fix it from the ground up, the Strategy Session is a deeper dive with more output.
  • 3. Can I book a Strategy Session without doing a Clarity Call first?
    Yes. Many clients start directly with a Strategy Session. If you’re already aware that your brand story needs clarity or you’re reworking your website, this session is built to give you everything you need to move forward confidently.
  • 4. What do I actually walk away with after the Strategy Session?
    You’ll receive a fully developed StoryBrand BrandScript, a written messaging guide, and a clear direction for how to apply your new message to your marketing (website, sales pitches, emails, etc.). It’s a powerful foundation that simplifies all your future marketing decisions.
  • 5. Do you build websites or create content too?
    While my main focus is strategic coaching and messaging, I’ve spent over a decade creating content and still work with select clients on creative execution. If you need help bringing your message to life visually, I offer a brand build package for StoryBrand Strategy clients—or I connect you with trusted partners to get it done right.
  • 6. Can I book multiple coaching sessions over time?
    Absolutely. My Monthly Strategy Sessions are designed for ongoing support. Whether you’re launching a campaign, refreshing your brand, or just want a creative guide in your corner, we can customize your level of support.
  • 7. What kinds of businesses do you work with?
